How to Make a Corrugated Mailer Box

How to Make a Corrugated Mailer Box

So you’ve received your boxes from Treemarc and they look awesome! Now you have to turn these flat pieces into boxes, which can be tricky. That’s why we’ve created this step by step guide that applies to all our mailer sizes. Now you can get your packages prepared and shipped out to your customers as quickly as possible.

Step 1 – The Flat Box

First thing to do is loosen up all the different flaps by bending them back and forth a couple of times so it’s easier to fold.

Step 2 – Begin Folding

Next, fold sides A and B towards each other and fold the short flaps in so they are perpendicular with sides A and B. Halfway done!

Step 3 – Up and Over

Fold flaps C and D over the short flaps on each side. The ends of the flaps C and D should fit into the slits at the bottom of the box. You’re almost there!

Step 4 – Completion

Now all that’s left is to put your product in the box, close the lid and ship it to your happy customers!

Now your boxes are ready to be packed and shipped to your customers!
