If you're sending us artwork:
When you use one one of our standard sizes, we will email you a template/dieline. Download and open it in Adobe Illustrator and place artwork within the "printable area".
Ensure that your images are embedded in the dieline.
Please convert all of your artwork (text and shapes) into outline(s) before sending it to us.
Once the above is done, email us your dieline in both Ai and PDF. Our design team will review your artwork and get back to you with any changes before approval.
If you need help with placing artwork in our dieline:
When emailing us your logo or artwork, we recommend you send it as a vector (all your fonts and shapes outlined) in .AI or .EPS. This ensures good printing quality and also allows us to scale it up without blurring the image.
If you are sending us an image in .PNG or .JPG, ensure that it’s at least 300dpi.
Ensure colours are in CMYK.
When you submit artwork with your order, you will receive a digital proof from us within 72 hours via email. Please notify us of any changes right away, otherwise we’ll assume you’re good with the design and the order will go through as is.
